Shipping

Cost for shipping is not included in the price. 

 

Prices and payment

Each item is listed with a price that includes VAT. The shopping cart shows you the total price including all possible charges.

 

Klarna invoice/instalment

If you choose to pay with Klarna via invoice or via instalment, your purchase and liability will be transferred to Klarna, and you must contact Klarna's customer service if you have possible questions regarding invoice/instalment.

Brief instructions how to purchase with Klarna: Once you have chosen the items you want to purchase and clicked through to checkout, select Klarna Invoice or Klarna Instalment as your payment method. Then enter your personal details/log in. Check carefully that all your card details are correct before you click to proceed with the purchase! When your item is sent, we will confirm the purchase and Klarna will send your invoice/instalment via email.

 

Card payment

There is no extra charge if you choose to pay by debit/credit card. We currently accept VISA and MasterCard. When you pay by card, the transaction is handled by our payment partner Dibs AB (Svenska Handelsbanken AB's subsidiary) to guarantee fast and secure payment. Then enter your personal details/log in. Check carefully that all your card details are correct before you click to proceed with the purchase! PayPal payment

If you choose to pay with PayPal via your PayPal account or Visa/Mastercard, your purchase and payment liability is transferred to PayPal.

Delivery

All the items listed in our store are carried in stock, unless otherwise stated in the product information. Normally, your order is dispatched from our warehouse the following working day. Depending on where you live, you should receive your package within 5-8 working days of ordering, if you have not chosen faster delivery at checkout. You will always receive an order confirmation from us when you complete your purchase, and this serves as your receipt. If you have not received your order confirmation, please check your email to ensure it has not ended up in your junk box. If you have not received an order confirmation, your order has not been completed successfully.

 

Shipping companies

inOnestore send their packages within Sweden via PostNord (normal postal service) and the rest of Europe via FedEx. If an item is damaged or lost during delivery to a customer, inOnestore will cover all costs. However, you must inform our Customer Support within 14 days. For packages that are not collected, a fee of 99 SEK for uncollected packages is charged. It corresponds to our costs for return shipping/handling.

 

Address correction

If our couriers need to correct wrongly given addresses, there is an additional charge of 79 SEK/9 EUR that we will later bill you for via PayPal.

 

Right to withdraw - exchanges and returns

Here at inOneStore.se we naturally want you to be happy with your purchase. We always give you the right to withdraw within 14 days. The only condition is that the item must come back in its original condition, i.e. unused, and has to be without personalised print i.e. name (then it is a specified item and the right of withdraw does not apply). Always enclose the original packaging and any tags. When you do a Return to us and want your money back, you will receive the full amount of the items, but with possible deductions for depreciation. We do not pay back the shipping cost. If the item is damaged or lost when sent back to us, you, the customer will be responsible for all costs.

 

How to return or exchange

In order to make an exchange or complaint to inOnestore, log on to “My Page” and choose the order that includes the item you want to leave a complaint for. Follow the on-screen instructions to receive the return documents which MUST be sent back to us with your item/items.

 

Faulty product

We guarantee that the items you have ordered are free from defects when delivered. Should you receive a faulty item, contact our customer service as soon as possible, no later than 14 days. We will of course pay for shipping for incorrect deliveries and complaints.

 

Cookies

Since 1 July 2011, Swedish websites need to declare if they use so called cookies. Websites that use cookies should indicate where on the site they are used, what they are used for and what a customer can do to avoid them.

A cookie on our website is used to manage the visitor's session (used to showcase a range of products based on your neighbourhood, amongst other things). You can always change it later. Our cookies are also used to gather statistics, such as, number of visitors. We use the analysis tool Google Analytics. No information is personal, and individuals cannot be tracked.

  

Privacy Policy

inOnestore protects your personal information by technical and organizational security measures. In order to prevent unauthorized access and for the information's accuracy, we use one-way encryption when handling sensitive information, such as credit card details. Our payment partner DIBS DebiTech, fulfils the security requirements PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), which is a global term for mandatory data security standards for handling credit card details, developed by the credit card industry - Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Diners. This standard applies to everyone who handles transactions for debit and credit cards. inOnestore uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which is a protocol for secure transmission of data over the Internet (or other networks). The company Netscape Communications has created and developed SSL - the protocol that has now become industry standard. A protocol is a set of rules and procedures on how information (data) should be processed. The SSL protocol processes the data in various ways and “mixes” the information. By doing so, the data will not be readable during the transfer between the two computers, this “mix” is called encryption.

  

Personal data

By law, inOnestore.se needs your consent to handle your personal data. inOnestore is legally responsible for all personal data submitted to us, or given to us when you visit our website. The information will be used by us to fulfil our commitments to you in the purchase of any items, so that you know when we have news that may be of interest to you, and for other marketing purposes. inOnestore will never let any third parties use any of your personal data for marketing purposes, without your consent. You have the right to request access to any saved data about you. If any of the information proves to be inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to demand that it is corrected or deleted.

 

Force Majeure

inOnestore is not responsible for any losses (including loss of data), damages, missed charges, claims or other liabilities arising from delays or interruptions to delivery or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control or that of our suppliers (including fire, lightning, explosion, war, disease, flood, industrials disputes, sabotage, weather conditions or acts of state or local governments or other competent authorities).
